Leitersdorfer bike path (Leitersdorfer-Radweg)
OpenOn the trail of magnificent views over Bad Waltersdorf. The starting point of the bike tour is the information office in the center of Bad Waltersdorf. The Roman Stone Museum is located in the immediate vicinity. The varied 17 km long bike tour leads along vineyards and orchards past traditional Buschenschänken and inns as well as the hosts.

Now, as part of a LEADER project, service and repair stations have been realized along the trail network. Directions
Start of the bike tour is at the information office Bad Waltersdorf. At the beginning of the tour you take some impressions of Bad Waltersdorf. Cross the main intersection- then turn right along Schulstraße past the outdoor pool and the school. Then right again along Sportstraße. At the crossroads turn right in the direction of Heilttherme. A small climb and you turn right onto Hinterfeldweg. There the Buschenschank Pieber and the Buschenschank Thaler with Styrian delicacies are waiting for you. After the end of the thermal park turn left and follow the road to Leitersdorf. Continue to Speilbrunn until you reach Kleinsteinbach. Through Kleinsteinbach the path leads through forests past Obergfangen and Sauberg back to Wagerberg. In Wagerberg you have a beautiful view over Bad Waltersdorf, before you go down the mountain back to the information office Bad Waltersdorf.

Start der Radtour ist beim Infobüro Bad Waltersdorf. Am Beginn der Tour nehmen Sie einige Impressionen von Bad Waltersdorf mit. Über die Hauptkreuzung– dann geht‘s rechts entlang der Schulstraße vorbei am Freibad und der Schule. Dann wieder rechts entlang der Sportstraße. Bei der Kreuzung nach rechts in Richtung Heilttherme. Ein kleiner Anstieg und schon biegt man rechts ein auf den Hinterfeldweg. Dort warten der Buschenschank Pieber und der Buschenschank Thaler mit steirischen Schmankerln auf Sie. Nach Ende des Thermenparks biegt man links ein und folgt der Straße bis nach Leitersdorf. Weiter gehts nach Speilbrunn bis nach Kleinsteinbach. Durch Kleinsteinbach führt der Weg durch Wälder an Obergfangen und Sauberg vorbei zurück nach Wagerberg. In Wagerberg bietet sich ein schöner Ausblick über Bad Waltersdorf, bevor man den Berg hinunterfährt zurück zum Infobüro Bad Waltersdorf.
