City of Hartberg

Since July 2009 Hartberg has been an official member of the slow food movement and can proudly call itself a Città slow. This movement started in Italy and stands for a slow-down process and a new quality in the appreciation of food.

It links the pleasure of good food with a commitment to the community and the environment. Food needs to be natural, regional and served with hospitality. However, slowing down does not exclude speed which is shown annually in the Motor Mythos Classic® event which takes place in June and attracts classic car fans from all over the world.
